This place is conveniently located close to a park. The staff here is super friendly and always goes above and beyond to help with anything you need. My room came at a good price and had a spacious king-size bed. 😊

my stay at the hotel was exceptional. the location was perfect, within walking distance of everything i needed. the staff was friendly and the vibe of the hotel was perfect for my bachelorette party. i especially loved the rooftop lounge area.

The elevator in the hotel was frequently out of service during my stay.

amazing location right in the Art Deco district, beautiful hotel and great area, and the beach is right across the street. complimentary beach chairs were a nice bonus. room was a bit small and had no view but was very tidy and stylish, and we were upgraded to a king bed for no extra charge.

extra charges had to be paid upon arrival which I didn't realize beforehand (continental breakfast, wi-fi etc), parking in nearby garage was expensive ($20/day), breakfast was not all that great.

Everything! The staff was so great, hotel was very clean, location was excellent, breakfast fantastic, 5 stars all the way!! We were on our honeymoon and did a roadtrip. We were only going to stay 2 nights in South Beach but we loved the Winterhaven so much we stayed an extra night! They were also the only hotel we stayed in that did anything special for us because we were on our honeymoon :) They were awesome!!
